Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Vertex Commerce.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within seven days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Refunds or replacements will be issued once the issue has been reviewed and approved.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
